PALM COAST -- For the past decade, Flagler Palm Coast set the standard when it comes to cross country in the area.

The boys won three state titles (2001-2002, 2005) and were runners-up twice (2003, 2006).

Despite that success, it's Flagler County's new kid on the block, Matanzas, that boasts the top program in the area of late.
